Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own registration, with payment. This includes invited speakers, chairpersons and all other delegates. Please read the information on this site before completing your registration.

GROUP REGISTRATIONS

Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own online registration form. Please read the information on this website carefully before completing the online registration form. Registration will only be 100% confirmed on receipt of payment.

PAYMENT OF FEES

All fees are in AUD inclusive of GST. A tax invoice (receipt) will be provided for all registrants, however you must complete the online registration before the tax invoice can be issued. Payment of fees can be made by direct deposit or credit card (AMEX 2.5% surcharge). All outstanding fees must be paid in full prior to the Conference.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat via registration@locateconference.com.au

Cancellations received:

Before midnight Monday 31st August 2026 will incur a A$150 cancellation fee;
After the date referred to in point 1. but before midnight Monday 26 October 2026, you are entitled to 50% refund of monies actually received;
After 26 October 2026 there will be no refund.

Terms and conditions

If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the Conference Secretariat, someone else to attend in their place.
Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted, they must be written.
The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable.
No refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.

INSURANCE

The conference organising committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The Conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.

DISCLAIMER

The information is correct at the time of providing. However, the organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice.

LIABILITY WAIVER

In the event of industrial disruptions, The Host and the organisers accept no responsibility. In the event of the venue becoming unsuitable or other circumstances or the need to cancel the conference there can be no liability on Geospatial Media and Events Pty Ltd or the organisers.

Please note that this event is being managed as agent for and on behalf of Geospatial Media & Events (ABN 59 156 216 689) by Will Organise Pty Ltd (ABN 84 606 495 381). The information you provide when you submit your personal information to us will be collected by Will Organise Pty Ltd and will be shared with Geospatial Media & Events and other participants in the event, as set in our privacy collection statement, privacy policy and specific consents.
